Cleaning with Dry Ice Blasting

DIBS offers a fast and effective cleaning technology by using CO2, also known as dry ice. By using dry ice as a cleaning media there is no secondary waste, such as glass, sand, soda or water.  Dry ice is a non abrasive, non conductive, non-flammable method of cleaning. Dry ice is approved by the FDA, EPA and USDA for use in all food industries. It is non-toxic, non-hazardous and inhibits mold/bacterial growth. Dry Ice blasting is completely environmentally friendly. After dry ice blasting surfaces are restored to an almost original state. The longevity of equipment is greatly enhanced and there is limited interruption to production as a majority of the surfaces do not require disassembly during cleaning.
